Our sables(shortbread) will melt in your mouth. With just a hint of almond, no one can eat just one. They can be cut into just about any shape and are decorated with royal icing. The icing needs to set for at least 24 hours so we ask that you make your requests at least 48 hours in advance. If you don't see the shape that you need, give us a call at the shoppe to see if we can make it!
