Special Diets

On a diet, lactose intolerant, can’t have eggs? Well this is the store for you! Most of our items can be made low sugar. Since sugar aids in the texture and color of baked items, we argue against COMPLETELY sugar free. However we CAN replace the sugar with a sugar/Splenda blend.

We also have recipes that contain NO dairy. Remember that these are not substitutions, but recipes DESIGNED for use with no dairy! They will not taste like the traditional cupcakes we offer, however they are DELICIOUS and will leave you wondering how we did it.

At the current time, we are unable to offer gluten-free because of the special commitment it requires to make sure there is NO gluten transfer between products. However we plan to offer these products in the near future.
