There is no other way to describe this dessert than YUMMY. We take our NY Cheesecake and add white chocolate chips to the batter, add fresh raspberries on top of our famous graham cracker crust, and bake. When cool we top with MORE fresh rasperries, white chocolate shavings and a drizzle of white chocolate gananche.

With a graham cracker cinnamon pecan crust, this 9″ pumpkin cheesecake is a creamy delight. Topped with whipped cream, candied pecans, caramel, and a sprinkle of cinnamon; this cheesecake is a big hit during the fall and winter months.
