There is no other way to describe this dessert than YUMMY. We take our NY Cheesecake and add white chocolate chips to the batter, add fresh raspberries on top of our famous graham cracker crust, and bake. When cool we top with MORE fresh rasperries, white chocolate shavings and a drizzle of white chocolate gananche.
This masterpiece is a chocolate lover’s DREAM! Our Devil’s Food Cake swirled with our creamy chocolate buttercream. Add a kiss of chocolate ganache and chocolate curls to make this dessert complete. During the summer months, we add a plump raspberry to increase the flavor profile even more! Please note this is a shortening-based cake.
